Carters Mounts make white core double mounts with clear self seal bags.

These mounts consist of a bottom mount overlayed by a top mount with 5mms of the bottom colour showing. Carters doubles are glued together

Endless variations of colours are possible

However the majority of customers selling images to the public using double mounts tend to use light colours on light.
