• For the artist, the photographer or the independent print maker whose time is at a premium and who wants to spend more time making images Carter's Mounts can provide a full finishing service preparing product for onward sale.

• How do you go about it ? Firstly we need a full sized sample of the finished image. Once this is received the customer agrees with Carter's Mountsthe exact specification of the finished product.i.e mount colour, mount quality, final outer size, aperture size, pre packed or bulk, suitability of backs etc.

• Samples are prepared to the agreed specification one of which is sent to the customer for final approval. A copy file is held on our manufacturing computer of all the relevant details. (Any changes are then made at this stage.)

• Once final agreement is reached the whole project is processed through our workshops and returned to the customer for onward distribution and sales.

• Because of the unique nature of this service pricing is based on the specification required. This service is available with any number of units and is usually undertaken using white core acid free mountboard or the higher grade museum conservation grade board.
