Carters Mount Black Picture Mount outside size is 9 x 7 and the aperture cut to take a 7 x 5 small print, painting or photograph. The aperture is cut slightly less than 7 x 5" to avoid print fall through.
Carters picture mounts are Acid Free, made in the UK in the Lake District supplied with a clear both sides bag.
