White picture mount folders made to order by Carters Mounts are usually by way of special commissions celebrating national events or activities where the need is to be able to present images of the particular event day brilliantly well.
Perhaps from a marketing point of view, it's not ideal to present the owner of a million pound racehorse with a cheap brown folder that falls at the first fence . Perhaps Carters can do slightly better to stay the course and we are slightly cheaper than the horse....
